this happen almost every day, when it happen, the internet connection down for several minutes. how to solved it ?

This error means the switch is detecting the [strong]same MAC address appearing on multiple ports[/strong], often rapidly flipping between them. This typically points to:
A [strong]Layer 2 loop[/strong] — two links connecting switches without STP, loop protection, or proper trunking.
[strong]Incorrect VLAN or port config[/strong], causing MAC learning issues.
But each project is very different and with the information provided here it´s not really helping us where the issue is, it´s a good isea to open a live chat and provide access to your porject so we can troubleshoot accordingly
