Title: The captive portal login page is not showing up on iOS 18.4.1
On iOS 18.4.1, the captive portal shows a message saying: 'Hotspot login cannot open the page because the network connection was lost.

Only ios 18.4.1 have this issue right? If so,

According to your description, it should be a compatibility issue with this iOS version, so it is recommended that you check whether there is a function to block pop-ups, and check whether DNS is 8.8.8.8, and the following recommended troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure that the device is successfully connected to the hotspot network.
2. Check the Wi-Fi signal strength to ensure signal stability.
3. Manually enter 1.1.1.1 into browser
trigger the pop-up window.

R & D is preparing a new firmware version to solve the problem of incompatibility between the new IOS version and the portal, and will push updates on the device at that time. Sorry for the inconvenience.

hi i am experiencing same problem and cannot load the portal page on my iPhone 15Pro iOS18.5, i tried on two different RAP-62-OD. The portal is is only loading on PC and android phone
