All the sudden, roujie capitve portal cloud or local is not appear after wifi connected
what could be wrong ?

currently i have disable the portal authentication, because it does get correct Vlan ip, but just not showing out portal page, so i don't have internet access. so I have now disable.

i using Gateway RG-EG105

Dear sir,
Good day.
Please first make sure your EG is running with the latest firmware version.
Could you kindly record a video when you run authentication?
Is there any prompt shows?
If the portal is not showing, try visitr 1.1.1.1 in your browser and see if the portal shows.
