Happy using thedevice, often smartphones do not get IP addresses from the Ruijic AP
IP VLan1192.168.111.xxxx for SSID and IP DHCP Vlan default 192.168.110.xx for usersconnected to the Ruijic AP device. This problem occurs almost every day,smartphones and other devices connect to the Rujice AP with no internet status or do not get an IP address. Please help with the solution on how to overcomethis problem

1.Check DHCP Address Pool Configuration:
Ensure that the DHCP address pool is correctly configured for VLAN 1192.168.111.xxxx.
Verify that the DHCP server is running and configured to provide addresses in the correct range
2.Configure DHCP Address Pool:
Log in to the eWeb interface of the EG305GH-P-E .
Navigate to the DHCP settings.
Ensure that the DHCP address pool for VLAN 1192.168.111.xxxx is correctly configured with the appropriate range of IP addresses.
3.Check for IP Address Conflicts:
Ensure there are no IP address conflicts. This can be done by checking the ARP table on the APs and the DHCP leases.
4.Enable DHCP Snooping Trusted Port:
Ensure that the uplink port is configured as a DHCP snooping trusted port.
This can be done through the configuration interface of the Ruijie APs.
5.Check for Unnecessary DHCP Servers:
Ensure that no unauthorized DHCP servers are connected to the network.
Use the command show dhcp server to check for any unauthorized DHCP servers.
6.capture packet on EG305GH-P-E and collect packet file.
