Dear customer,
May I ask if you are refering to authentication accounts for the captive portal? Currently, the expired accounts cannot be reset automatically. You can filter out the expired accounts and reset them manually.

If you are a SMB customer, you can apply for API access and setup pipeline to reset your authentication account.
