My device is located in Russia. Without going into details about why Ruijie left the country, I was previously a reseller and worked directly with Ruijie distributors. Over the years, I’ve deployed many devices, and now they all have the same issue.
From what I understand, the problem is due to CloudFlare blocking. When I select servers in Europe or America, they all share the same IP range and are unreachable. But if I choose an Asian server, it’s accessible. At first glance, the issue seems resolved—however, the devices are not detected in the cloud.
This made me wonder:
Why is the server accessible, but the devices remain invisible?
