If not online on cloud,it cannot support configure vlan on Ruijie Cloud, you can troubleshooting why ES Switch cannot online on cloud refer to this link :[community.ruijie.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=3290&extra=page%3D1]
2.Check wehther VLAN configured on ruijie cloud
If you choose un-managed mode, you cannot set vlan on ES Switch.
3.Check whether configuration synced to ES Switch
If not synced, you can click Manually Deliver.
