Title: Reyee EG310GH-E Gateway egress wan (IPv4) link state changed [Print this page] Author: clint.thebus@pr Time: 2025-9-1 16:00 Title: Reyee EG310GH-E Gateway egress wan (IPv4) link state changed Good Day,
I have a client with a Reyee EG310GH-E gateway. The WAN0 is connected to a Sophos Firewall which has been working fine for a long time.
But since a few weeks ago, the log on the cloud will show. Gateway egress wan (IPv4) link state changed to DISCONNECT and then a minute later CONNECTED. This will happen randomly throughout the day.
I have replaced the WAN cable, check the logs on the Sophos which has the fibre connection and no drops at all.
My question is , could it be something to do with the firmware on the gateway or even something on the Reyee cloud?
Also this morning 1st September 2028, i see that there is a list of new logs popping up on the cloud. Im not sure why this is happening but no changes have been made from our side.

Dear sir,
Good day.
May I know the firmware of your EG?
This link detection feature is based on probing a specific address.
You can access this link detection feature in the Line Probe function on the device's eWeb WAN interface.
If it does not affect the network, you can ignore this prompt.
Best regards,
Lex
