Due to differences in compatibility between cloud updates and mobile phones, logging into the cloud from your phone may experience some issues. You can try adjusting the screen size to see if this helps.
Also, what about the same issue you mentioned when switching to PC mode? Could you provide a screenshot and explain in more detail?
