A Ruijie gateway, switch, or wireless device is managed on the Ruijie Cloud. And now it need to be accessed remotely via Ruijie Cloud for maintenance or configuration. II Access Steps 2.1 EWeb Access
Navigate to the device list of the project, then click "eWEB" after toggle the target device.
The Eweb of the device will pop up after a few seconds.
2.2 Telnet or SSH Access
Navigate to the device list of the project and click the icon of the device.
In the device management page, click "Tunnel"
A SSH or Telnet tunnel to the device can be created.
After the tunnel is established, the device can be conencted through host address and port via software like Putty.
Tip
If the device is asking for password when being accessed via the Cloud tunnel, you can try the password in the "Device Config > Project Password"
