Como saber cuando una antena de bloquea, quiero identificar cuando una antena no transmite de red intenert, ya que actualmente la problematica que tengo es que la antena la veo conectada en el Ruijie cloud, pero no da trafico de internet, comienza a dar trafico hasta que el equipo es reiniciado manualmente, es por eso que quiero identificar o saber si hay una forma de validar que el equipo tenga internet desde la plataforma de ruijie.

Tu culpa es que ya estás conectado a Wi-Fi pero no tienes red, ¿verdad? Luego, reiniciar el dispositivo le permitirá acceder a Internet normalmente. ¿Puedo conocer su topología? ¿Cómo se alimenta el AP? ¿Cuál es el modo de funcionamiento del AP? Cuando encuentre esta falla, ¿puede venir a nuestro chat en vivo? Necesitamos solucionar la causa en función de la falla porque normalmente esta situación no debería ocurrir.

Hola, una disculpa, las antenas están alimentadas por una ONT, la cual le proporciona red de internet,
Este problema me ocurre solo con las antenas de hab, las cuales están agregas a traves de las ONT y tienen una controladora.

It is common in ruijie to have that problem. I have at home an RG-RAP2200 (E) powered by poe from the same brand. A friend has at home the RG-EG105GW-X model powered by the brand's poe and we have discovered that both devices stop giving internet when they have a pending update. Both the ap and the balancer router can be seen in the cloud (both devices are in different cloud accounts) but they do not transmit internet until the firmware has to be downloaded locally. You can realize that they are stunned because the led starts to blink quickly and the device restarts up to 3 times. We have had that failure "on 3 occasions in less than a year that we have been with the equipment as a test, as far as we deduce is that for one reason or another these models cannot download and install updates automatically.
