There were no any answers from March 2025 at all.
Please, tell me, is community still alive or not? Are vendor's GTAC experts still available for consulting?
We have purchased a lot of Ruijie Wireless, but no any consultations received for a long time. How we can get support, at minimum - in ask/reply scheme?
Thank you in advance.

Dear sir,
Good day.
Sure the community is still in used.
May I know what problem did you encountered?
Best regards,
Hi Lex
Thank you for answering.
We have started our project to swap other wireless vendors to Ruijie Wireless, it will be AC's WS-6512 and about 300 Access Points on the first stage (RG-AP840-I(V2) and RG-AP880-AR)
That is why I expect a lot of questions from our side, such as how to configure one or another features, what is recommended software versions, and so on
So, the questions are:
1. Have Ruijie some kind of support program that garantees a consulting service in format question/answer, proactive software recommendations with defect analysys, RMA, work supporting during network changes, as well as opening cases for the problems resolving and analysing, with garantees SLA (Service Layer Agreement, such as maximum time for problem resolving, terms of providing the temporary and permanent fixes)? If yes, is it paid service, and what is the cost for them
2. I see there is a Case Portal with possibility to open Service Requests (Cases). Is it free or paid service? What is diference between cases and questions in community? What I need to prefer in case of qustions during deployment and maintenance phases?
Also, I already posted several questions on community, but a lot of questions stay without any answers, or without additional comments, Could you, please, take a look on, as minimum, following posts: https://community.ruijie.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=12483&page=1#pid24253
