Title: Facing problems with Apple devices

We deployed around 500 RG-AP180(V3) access points and 23 S5310-48GT4XS-P-E switches. To manage all the access points, we use two redundant WS7110 wireless controllers. Everything is running well, but we are facing problems with Apple devices.
Many users with Apple devices (iPhone, Mac, iPad) experience issues connecting to Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi signal drops and reappears after a few minutes, or the devices frequently disconnect and reconnect.
We initially thought the issue was with the AP, but when tested with Windows devices or Android-based devices, everything worked fine. The connection was stable, with a strong signal and no disconnections.
Question:
Is there any setting on the RG-AP180(V3) in the WS7110 wireless controller that needs to be adjusted specifically for iPhone, Mac, or iPad, especially for newer models?

Thank you very much for your inquiry, sir. May I know whether this problem occurs in a specific area or is associated with all AP devices, and whether the Apple device will experience the WiFi disconnection problem?

The problem affects all access points, not just specific ones. All APs and the wireless controller are already running the latest firmware.

Thank you for your prompt reply, sir. Can I confirm again that this fault phenomenon has been present since the project was deployed? Can I know that although the Internet connection of Apple devices is intermittent, it can still access the Internet?

This issue happens after we have finished deploying all the APs. The Internet connection itself is not intermittent, but the devices lose connection to the APs as if there is no Wi-Fi signal, or if already connected, they disconnect and reconnect repeatedly.
We have also installed another project using AP180 and switch NBS3200-24GT4XS-P with a cloud controller.  That setup works fine with Android devices, Windows devices, and Apple devices. However, the enterprise AP180V3 is experiencing problems specifically with Apple devices.
