Title: Access Point RG AP820L V3 diconnecting randomly
First of all, I'm sorry if this topics have been asked before, but i need the solutions urgently. My problem is my new Ruijie RG AP820L V3 keep connect and disconnecting randomly to my Router (Mikrotik RB1100AHX4). I have 3 new RG AP820L V3, and all those AP having same problems, which never happen to others Ruijie APs before (I also have 4 RG EW 1200G-PRO act as AP).
As Information, the RG AP820L V3 is on AP_RGOS 11.9(6)W5, Release(12140602) FW Version. Anyone having same problems or any idea about this issue?

Could you please clarify what you mean by "frequent disconnections"? Do you mean the device restarting? Or is there a network outage? Thanks Steve for the advices, i think the AP is not restarting because the LED always blink on the blue light, i assumed the if its cable problems, the LED will turn to red, or it will be green if the AP is restarting, is it right?

You're right. If the AP restarts, the device's LED light will turn off and then turn on again.
