I think the issue is with AP mode. When I switch my device to AP mode, the Ruijie device goes offline, and I am using Mikrotik on my network. Does it have any effect on MikroTik?

Okay, I am already on the latest firmware, version 380. After that, I switched it back to AP Mode, and it went offline on the cloud again. I then reset it to Router mode, and it became normal/online on the cloud. So the main issue is that this device cannot work in AP mode. Why?

Hi Ayah Ipunk

Could you please confirm if you went offline in the cloud after changing to AP mode and then went back online again, or if you have been offline all along.
If it is re launched, the device needs to be restarted after changing modes. Therefore, there may be offline and online situations.
If you remain offline after changing to AP mode, please log in to the Eweb interface of your device to check the configuration, including DNS and Cloud service information.
If you still cannot go online after confirming that there are no problems, please reset the device and try configuring it again.
