Hello Support
I have a RAP2200(E) Access Point and firmware dont want to update from ruijienetworks portal
I even tried manually update - download firmware and upload to Access Point.
Current firmware ReyeeOS 1.249.1308

New Firmware ReyeeOS 2.380.0.2227;AP_3.0(1)B11P380,Release(12222716) (dont want to update)

Hello, thank you for contacting us.
Sorry for the inconvenience, you can't jump directly to version 380 from an old firmware version, first you have to upgrade to version ReyeeOS360, then you will be able to upgrade to version 380.
Please try to upgrade as mentioned before and let us know if you still have issues with the upgrade.

Please let us know, also, you can try to upgrade to version 360 from the cloud.

The linked (firmware) provided is working, I have updated Access point firmware= https://reyee.ruijie.com/en-global/resources/software/rap2200e-v2xx-firmware/2200e360/
This firmware link is wrong (not working) = https://reyee.ruijie.com/en-global/resources/software/rg-rap2200e-firmware/rap1201rap2200e260/
