Title: Problem to add device into the ruijie cloud project.
Hello! From yesterday I can not add ruijie Reyee device into the any project in the Ruijie Cloud. The message is : Inconsistent account password and device password, but the reason can't be the same. Because I try wth three different deveices and result is same.Is this any problem with cloudruijie fuctionality at this moment ?

Hi sir ,

Has your device been configured for local startup? If so, you need to use the password set during local startup. Meanwhile, we recommend that you set the project password on the cloud to be the same as the local password.

No, the devices doesn't configured like standalone. When added the device into the project appear window where have to type passoword of the device. Even if device reset again, no effect. Maybe these devaces have some problem. But don't know what?!

Can you help us to confirm if the device can reach the DNS 8.8.8.8, also, have you tried to apply a factory reset to the device and bind it again to the project?

Factrory reset is done, but effect is none. Rita live chat doesn't work and yesterday and today.

Hello, for this issue we would need to check your device configuration, so we would need your help to contact us in live chat. As of now, we don't have any issue detected with Rita, can you give us a little more information about what happens when you try to access Rita? Can you tell us the internet browser you used? can you share a capture of Rita issue? Did you click on live chat?
