Title: High Latency after Updating of Firmware - EG305GH-P-E
Hi there,
Recently after updating the latest firmware of the EG305GH-P-E router, I am experiencing a very high latency. I am on a 2-Line WAN set-up with one static and one dynamic IP from the ISP.

I feel like somehow the settings became messed-up and I am seeing my Management IP of the router to be the same static IP from my ISP, however I am also able to enter into the router via the regular IP /192.168.110.1
I feel like there seems to be a conflict in IP that is causing this.

Below are the screenshots. Will appreciate if someone can help me

The default IP of EG is 192.168.110.1. A router cannot have configurations within the same subnet. You can either change the IP range on the ISP side or modify the IP address of the EG LAN ip address.

I am not sure what went wrong with the settings after the firmware upgrade or is this correct. I can go into the router eweb from 192.168.110.1
But it will still reflect as my ISP static IP on the eWeb page. When i tried to change the IP manually to 192.168.110.1, it also directly change my WAN0 ISP IP to this address. So I am very puzzled.
Am attaching screenshots for your reference.

If you want to change the WAN port address to the 192.168.110.0/24 subnet, you first need to modify the LAN configuration on the EG by changing the address of VLAN1 to 192.168.120.0/24 or another subnet, as long as it does not conflict with the subnets of other interfaces.
If you still haven't been able to resolve the issue, to help solve it more quickly, could you enter Rita to contact us online so we can check your configuration for you? (This is Rita link: https://networks.s5.udesk.cn/im_client/?web_plugin_id=1296&language=en-us)
