Hello,

I see you have an EW3000GX device, the reason you see that message is because your device is a home router.
Not all features on the APP are compatible with all the devices, some features are preloaded to use with other devices, like a gateway or switch. If you want to set Smart traffic control, it can only be configured connecting to the EW by using an eWeb tunnel or by connecting locally using the IP of the device. Based on the first capture you shared, the features is already enabled, you just can't see it from the App.

every advance feature for enterprise router not for consumers even mandatory feature missing this shame for ruijie like brand R&D team what are u Doing? I pay for this even more cheap router have thease option 😑
