Model: RAP2200(F) After adding the device to Rujie Cloud, the RAP2200(F) resets itself and is removed from Rujie Cloudafter a while. Then, after restarting the entire system, the system gives a"new device found" warning, and we add it to Rujie Cloud again. This problem has become a cycle. It works for 1-2 weeks, and we repeat the same process.
The device (SN:G1******7226) restores the factory settings. Remove the device from the network: Melisa_Yali.

It is powered by a PoE switch.

Sir, may I know what power supply mode you have currently selected for the AP? Can it be modified to 802.3at? Is there any alarm in the AP?

Note: This function is only supported by APs running Reyee OS version 300 or later that have PoE alarms. As a result, only APs with PoE alarms are listed here.


It's giving this warning; as far as I understand, it doesn't support it.

Dear Customer,
You mean the AP will reset itself automatically, right? Have you tried changing the network cable between the AP and the switch? And may I know if you have tried power the AP with the DC adapter to see whether the issue persist?  What's the sysLED status of the AP when the issue occured?
