Hello,
Your EW1300 has 2 lights, one for the system status and another for mesh status. The light you are mentioning is the sys led, the mesh led is white. Based in the information you are providing, the device is still starting up, if the green led is blinking for too long, it would mean an issue with the device firmware.
You mention that you have 4 devices, but I'm not understanding if the issue is on 1 or 3 of your devices. Also, you mention one device is connected with cable to your internet provider, but you didn't specify which device is connected that way, meshing devices shouldn't connect with wires, or it may cause loop issues.
