Title: POE switch ES210GC-LP keep rebooting




Hi, have you ever run into this case?

The ES210GC-LP ketp rebooting, there are eight HK-VISION devices under it,  7 set of DS-KH6320-WTE1 and 1 set of DS-KD8003-IME1(B).

Is it the power shortage?

And the second question, is it possible that this rebooting can cause the whole network goes down, such as take down the EG105-V2 ?

1. Do you have other switches? Please check if switches of the same model under other power supply environments have the problem of random abnormal restarts. If devices in other environments also have similar problems, it may be an issue with the device itself; if only the devices in the current power supply environment have problems, it may be an abnormality in the power supply environment
2. What is the current firmware version of the device? If it is not the latest, please upgrade to the latest firmware.
3. May I know your topology? If the ES switch is connected below the EG, it will not affect the EG's network, unless there is a loop in your network.

Hi Steve,

Thank you for your consideration about this problem.

1. They do have another poe switch (named with Poe_Back) with the same model, but without reboot abnormal situations. there are 3 APs, and 3 DS-KH6320-WTE1 under it.

2. The firmware is the latest:

ESW_1.0(1)B1P48,Release(12161715)
3. Topo is here, the rebooting one is Poe_Switch with 8 orange lights.
