Thank you very much for your question. Currently, it is not possible to separately grant the permissions for "account" and "voucher" to users. I will report this issue to the development team. You can keep an eye on the future update plans and release notes of the cloud service.

Currently, sub-accounts only can suport to manage vouchers and accounts simultaneously. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

from my access, sub-accounts can access registration and usergoup too
