Most probably the configuration of the group management is not appropiately configured. Are you setting a time period?
Also, is your NAS device (the device that manages your captive portal) firmware up to date? are you using a gateway or an AP as the authentication device? have you tested the voucher and confirmed if it still provides access to the internet?
