Please check the NAT traversal types first.
If NAT traversal fails, devices can establish connectivity through cloud-based forwarding.
NAT types with high success rates: Full Cone/IP-Restricted Cone/Port-Restricted Cone.
NAT types with low success rates: Symmetric (especially when the peer uses Port-Restricted Cone NAT).
