It would be good if you connected to the Wi-Fi network broadcast by the access point by default, which usually starts with "ruijie". Then connect using the IP address the access point is assigning, to check if it's obtaining an IP address on the WAN.

Could you tell us the topology of your network? For example, is your RG-RAP2260(G) connected to your ISP modem or your gateway like below?
If it is connected to an ISP modem, you can inquire if your ISP provides internet access via DHCP, static IP, or PPPoE and configure the WAN port IP accordingly.
It it is connected to a gateway, you will need to make sure the LAN network and DHCP on the gateway is properly configured.
