you need to have enterprise AP which gives more features.
each SSID is self contained, you can configure multiple with different NPS/RADIUS servers.
I have RAP73Pro and they have the ability.

i know its not what you are asking so forgive me for over stepping.
if you have RADIUS/NPS you just use the same SSID and create policies and rules in your RADIUS/NPS servers for the clients much cleaner and better then wasting Air space with more SSIDs.
