I managed for my customer an NBR6210 that have strange issues:
1. dont upgrade from Ruijie cloud
2. dont upgrade in local from web interface
3. dont upgrade in local via CLI.
When attempting any of the update methods, the system becomes unresponsive and cannot be restarted without physically disconnecting the power supply.
I try to reset at factori default, but always is same.
Also, on the Behavior > Policy > App Blacklist page, there is a strange image (screenshot attached
).
Currently firmware is NBR_RGOS 11.9(6)B17P3, Release(12172213) and Hardware Version 1.01
Any suggestions to solve this frustrating issue?
