عندي جهاز (

واحاول ترقية النظام الى
ReyeeOS 2.420.0.2006
واواجه مشكلة تظهر لي رسالة فشل وهذه نص الرسالة رمز الخطأ: 0507، السبب: فشل التحقق من حزمة الترقية على الجهاز. تحقق مما إذا كانت حزمة الترقية كاملة

Hello,
This issue can be solved by upgrading your device to firmware version 300, before upgrading to version ReyeeOS 2.420.0.2006.
You can check if the firmware is available from your cloud, by clicking the "Select Version" button, as shown in the capture, while trying to upgrade the device:

Then you can scroll down and search for version 300. If the version is not available, you can contactus in Rita Live chat: https://www.ruijienetworks.com/rita, and we can help you with the upgrade.
