It's recommended to check that the device firmware is up to date (ReyeeOS420). If you tested the PC speed using the same ethernet cable, that could rule out a cable issue. You need to confirm if your devices are connecting to 2.4 or 5GHz, the RSSI strength and if the power source if the device is appropriate (DC power connector 12 V, 1.5 A or PoE+). I would also recommend to try to run the AI optimization if your device is uploaded to a project in the cloud.
