Title: I can't log in Ruijie Reyee RG-EW3000GX
I purchased a new Ruijie RG-EW3000GX router. When I powered it on for the first time, only the Wi-Fi network **@Ruijie-s** appeared, while I believe it should have appeared as **@Ruijie-sXXXX**.

When I try to access the router through the web interface, I enter the default password **admin**. The password is accepted, but after confirming it, I am redirected back to the password entry page again. Therefore, I cannot access the router settings at all.

I have the same problem when connecting to the router via LAN.

I also tried setting up the router through the mobile app by scanning the QR code, but the device cannot be configured this way either.

I performed a factory reset by holding the Reset button for approximately 15 seconds, but this did not resolve the problem.

At the moment, I am completely unable to access the router's settings or complete the initial setup.

Could you please advise how I can access and configure the router, or whether the device may be defective?

Hello,
Apologies for the inconvenience, may I know if you get an error message while trying to access the device locally? if so, can you share a capture of the message?
Regards.

There are no errors at all. I enter the password, then an informational pop-up window appears with a Confirm button, and after clicking it, I am returned to the initial login page.
This is already the 4th device I am setting up from scratch. I have never encountered this problem with the other devices — after entering the initial password, the Wizard page opened normally.

Dear customer,
Unfortunately, for this scenario we recommend to ask for RMA replacement for the device. You have already tried our only recommendation for the issue (reset the device to factory settings).
You can check how to check the warranty status and how to create an RMA request in the following links:

Or you can ask for replacement with your vendor.
Regards.
