My customers request that the Client list should show the Device Name (Computer Name) together with the MAC address/IP Address. This will greatly assist in identifying the devices we have.

You can select the column here, both IP and MAC address of the client you can be able to see:

I have set to show Alias but it's empty, doesn't show the computer name or device name. Pls advise. I know can see MAC and ID but that's not what i want.

Sorry for my late reply, may I know whether you check here that cannot show the phone device name?
The username is the phone's hostname, could you help configure a hostname on your phone to test?

Hello,

I guess you have to set it manually to EG.

- EG cant get device name automatically based on mac. It may have rules or condition before it happened. I'm not sure.

Having same problems too with Client list names. Ruijie should improve the client list interface, to make it easier to administer the network.
In the App, i also want to see liat of clients connected to specific AP. It ahows the counter only, when clicked, its just displaying all wireless clients instead of clients connected to that AP.
