Hi Guy,
I have any a question with Gateway Ruijie was EG model which after deployed and save configuration found a problem show error Configuration failed details as below ,

This is a problem with the notification display. Actually, it has been configured successfully.

Can this upgrade apply to EG3230? I am using firmware EG_RGOS 11.9(1)B11S3, Release(08230223), which version should be updated to be more optimal. EG_RGOS11.9(6)B16 or EG_RGOS11.9(6)B14. Can I upgrade the fw at the gateway's eweb as shown below?

Yes, this update version is for RG-EG3200 Serial Gateway. You can updates on that location in the screenshot.
