If you want to add the whitelist based on MAC-Address for Ruijie AP on Ruijie Cloud, you have to use CLI command feature like in the picture below.
Or you can directly use Ruijie AP's web CLI on Ruijie Cloud. For web CLI commands, you can check this post for more details:

Hi, I've already executed the command to whitelist the device. for example
ssid-filter whitelist mac-address xxxx.yyyy.xxxx in-ssid Staff
After pressing enter, there was no failure notification. However, when I searched for the MAC address I whitelisted earlier, I couldn't find it.
