Logon through the Console port, there isinformation prompted, but no response is returned after Enter is pressed.Besides, no command can be entered.

Troubleshooting Steps

(1)Check whether the CRT or the HyperTerminal is used. If CRT is used, uncheckCTS/RTS.

(2)If an additional cable is used, confirm whether the driver is installed correctly.

(3)Change the baud rate. the correct baud rate is 9600.

(4)Change the console cable and the PC.
