Title: Captive portal information capture
Hi Team,
I have deployed a network with Ruiji AP820-L(V3) and managing it via Ruiji Cloud. I have setup a captive portal in the Guest.
How can I capture the user information entered in the "captive portal" for further processing. We need the user information entered into the captive portal for creating a user database, but all the information currently entered by the user is not being saved.
Is there a way to capture this information?

Sorry, Ruijie Cloud does not support exporting the user information of authentication users. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Dear Sachin,

May I please confirm you would like to capture the information like email accounts used in Registration mode of captive portal?
Please kindly note you need to agree to the Privacy Disclaimer when configuring the captive portal and client can choose to agree to disagree:

The account information will only be captured when client agrees, if client does not agree, only encrypted data will be recorded.
You may then output the information on Ruijie Cloud in an Excel spreadsheet as follows:

Dear,

When you add Terms & Conditions, the autheticated users are required to aggree the Privacy Disclaimer to do the authentication.
