Can't update my firmware. The Ruijie cloud says it needs upgrade but cannot upgrade

Current Firmware:EG_3.0(1)B11P35,Release(08132702)

this issue will happen if the current firmware of your device is too old
Need to upgrade to the intermediate version and then to the latest version
