Terdapat Bug pada menu usergroup voucher pada harga voucher, dimana angka yang dapat dimasukkan hanya 4 digit seperti contoh 1800 sedangkan pada rupiah harga voucher yang dapat dibuat dengan range 1000 - 100000 rupiah
I tested it locally, and it was only 4 digits. Can you take a screenshot to show me the configuration of 1000-100000?

Yes, it's an input validation bug that was present in some previous versions of ReyeeOS firmware. Form validation in the local/cloud web UI incorrectly detects the Indonesian rupiah (IDR) currency value and limits the price input field to only 4 digits (maximum 9999). As a result, you can't enter standard rupiah amounts like Rp10,000 to Rp100,000 for User Group Voucher packa
some ways and solutions to bypass the current bug on your RG-RAP52-OD :
1. Use the Ruijie Cloud App on your phone (Main Recommendation)
This digit restriction visual bug usually only occurs in input validation on local eWeb pages or Cloud Web browsers .
Open the Ruijie Cloud app on your Android or iOS phone.
Go to your project, select Auth > Voucher > Package/User Group .
Try creating or editing voucher prices from there. Mobile apps use a separate API and generally aren't subject to the 4-digit character limit found on the web interface.
2. Change the Simple Unit Point Settings ( Workaround )
If you must stick with the Web UI, you can get around this by changing the currency assumption or adding a package name description:
Change the base price to "Thousands." For example, if the voucher price is Rp10,000, change the User Group name to "10k Package" and enter 10 or 1000 in the price field if the currency is changed or omitted. Then, provide the appropriate printing information in the voucher printing template .
3. Upgrade to the Latest ReyeeOS Firmware
This issue has been reported by the installer community in the Indonesia/Southeast Asia region to the Ruijie R&D team.
Contact the technical team via the Ruijie app ( Support > Live Chat / Ticket ) or directly check for system updates in Project > Upgrade .
Make sure your RG-RAP52-OD has been updated to the commercial firmware version ReyeeOS 2.28x or ReyeeOS 2.30x/above which corrects the maximum limit value of numeric characters in the local currency denomination field.
