Issue Description

(1) An SSID is bound to VLAN 100, and a GPSK account is bound to VLAN 200.

(2) A wireless client obtains an IP address of VLAN 100 instead of VLAN 200 after connecting to the SSID using the GPSK password.

Device Model and Firmware

Cause Analysis

1.Check if the device model and version support GPSK by reviewing the specifications of both the current and latest versions. If the current version does not support GPSK, upgrade to a version that does. If it supports GPSK, proceed with troubleshooting.
2. Check the configurations on the AC.

Run the show sumng psk-group name xxx command on the AC to check whether the account is configured properly.
Run the show ac-c c command to check whether VLAN redirection is normal on the AC.
In addition to the preceding configurations, run the following commands on the AC to apply the VLAN group to the WLAN. Otherwise, wireless users cannot be redirected to the corresponding VLAN after successful authentication using the GPSK account.

Root Cause

After configuring GPSK on eWeb, run the related commands on the AC to add the target VLAN to the VLAN group and bind the VLAN group to the WLAN.
Solution

Run the following commands on the AC:
vlan-group10
vlan-list 100,200 // If the customer has other VLANs, add them as required.
default-vlan100 // This is the default VLAN.
ap-group defaul
interface-mapping1 group 10 ap-wlan-id 1 //Bind the VLAN group to the WLAN.
