The device reboot may take several minutes. After a reset, all interface configurations, security policies, and other settings will be restored to factory defaults. 1.Ruijie gatewayTo reset the Ruijie gateway, follow these steps:1.Enter privileged mode Ruijie> enable Execute the factory reset command Ruijie# erase startup-config This command clears all device configurations. 2. Reboot the device for the reset to take effect Ruijie# reload The system will prompt you to confirm the reboot. Enter "y" to confirm. 3.(Optional) View the reboot reason. After the reset is complete, you can view the reboot history using the following command: Ruijie# show reboot-reason This command displays the reboot time and reason. 2.Ruijie switchTo reset the Ruijie switch, follow these operation steps:Ruijie> enable Ruijie# configuration terminal Ruijie# delete flash:config.text (Delete the configuration file. If delete flash:config.text does not work, use delete config.text instead) Do you want to delete [flash:/config.text]? [Y/N]:y (Enter y to confirm deletion) Delete success (Prompt that the deletion is successful) Ruijie# reloa (Restart the switch) Reload system?(Y/N)y (Enter y to confirm deletion) |
