Problem with captive portal
Hello. For this few days already we have problem with captive portal. We use it to enter voucher code. It shows certificate problem. ![]() When we tries to keep continuing, the site would error “too many redirect”. |
If you're using a Ruijie AP, you can try importing the HTTP certificate to avoid this issue. To keep the service running smoothly, we've put a limit on portal access frequency. If you access the portal too often, it'll be restricted, so you can wait for ten minutes and try again. |

iwan chandra replied at 2026-8-5 14:03 You can check out section 1.3.4 'Configuring an HTTPS Service Certificate' in this manual. You can also run 'show web-server https certificate information' to see if the certificate has expired. The suggestion is to import the CA certificate (Installing the Third-Party HTTPS Service Certificate). You need to buy a CA certificate from a third party.
