When I click the AP option it will said "Router authentication has been enabled on the network. AP authentiation is not supported. |
RAINEL replied at 2026-8-4 19:06 Dear sir, Sorry, if you need the clients prompt to enter password on the captive portal everytime, you need to disable the "seamless online" function. But from your description, you've already disabled it. So we need to check the specific configuration. Please contact us via live-chat. www.ruijienetworks.com/rita You can input "live chat" to connect to us. |

Edited by RAINEL at 2026-8-4 11:14 GTAC-Shirley replied at 2026-8-3 15:58Hello, I successfully recreated the portal. after trying it will bypass the captive portal and automatically connect to the SSID without password. My SSID used by captive portal was set to open, already disable Portal Escape and Seamless online settings. I noticed that newly connected devices with no connection history to the WIFI the captive portal will appear but those devices that aren't will connect automatically to the SSID. I want to setup all devices that every connect they will be prompt to enter password on the captive portal. |
