Dynamic VLAN Assignment not working for Captive Portal + External RADIUS on RG-EG310GH-E

Hello Ruijie Support Team,

I need assistance with configuring Dynamic VLAN Assignment for a Captive Portal on an RG-EG310GH-E Gateway.

**My Environment:**
* Gateway: RG-EG310GH-E
* Access Point: RAP2200(F)
* RADIUS Server: External FreeRADIUS 3.0.26 (running on Ubuntu 22.04)

**What I Have Achieved (What is working):**
1.  The connection between the Ruijie Gateway and my FreeRADIUS server is successful.
2.  When a client connects to the quarantine VLAN (VLAN 90), the Captive Portal page appears correctly.
3.  When the user logs in, the FreeRADIUS server receives the Access-Request.
4.  The FreeRADIUS server successfully validates the user and sends back an **Access-Accept** packet.
5.  This Access-Accept reply correctly includes the standard RADIUS attributes for VLAN assignment:
    * `Tunnel-Type = VLAN (13)`
    * `Tunnel-Medium-Type = IEEE-802 (6)`
    * `Tunnel-Private-Group-Id = "10"`
6.  The Ruijie Gateway receives the Access-Accept, and the user's login is shown as successful on the portal. The Gateway then sends an Accounting-Request (Start) packet, which is also successful.

**The Specific Problem:**
Even though the RADIUS server sends the command to move the user to VLAN 10, the user's device **remains in the quarantine VLAN (VLAN 90)**. The IP address does not change to the VLAN 10 subnet.

**My Question:**
I cannot find any explicit setting like "VLAN Authorization" or "Dynamic VLAN" in the Captive Portal policy settings in Ruijie Cloud.

1.  Does the RG-EG310GH-E gateway support Dynamic VLAN Assignment via RADIUS attributes for a Captive Portal user?
2.  If yes, is there a specific setting that I need to enable in Ruijie Cloud to make the gateway obey the `Tunnel-Private-Group-Id` attribute? Where can I find this setting?
3.  Are there any non-standard or vendor-specific RADIUS attributes required for this feature to work?
