No IPTV Settings in EW1800GX-PRO

Edited by squieler at 2025-7-2 02:02 I am trying to configure EW1800GX-PRO for PPPoE, IPTV. The user manual instructs to go to IPTV settings to enable it. However, I do not have that setting tab enabled. I think there is a software problem. Maybe an update is required.  (Screenshot is not from PPPoE but it is exactly the same.) |

Hello, Thanks for your inquiry. Can you confirm that the device has the latest version installed ? I just confirmed with a device EW1800GX-PRO, with the ReyeeOS313 version and the feature is there. If not, can you upgrade it and tell us if the issue persists? Best regards, Jason  |
GTAC-Jason replied at 2025-7-3 03:03 Hi, I had something like 1.77 from the box. (Unfortunately I don't have a screenshot.) just downloaded the 1.313 version and everything is working fine. Of course out of the box, it did not had IPTV, I had to change the firmware version. |
