Ruijie Cloud not work

Without a VPN, the cloud does not see the device, changed from Europe to Asia. the server started pinging, but the devices are still not detected in the cloud.

Where is your device located? Is it Asia or Europe? You need to select the corresponding region when you upload your device to the cloud, otherwise it will fail to upload to the cloud.

My device is located in Russia. Without going into details about why Ruijie left the country, I was previously a reseller and worked directly with Ruijie distributors. Over the years, I’ve deployed many devices, and now they all have the same issue.
From what I understand, the problem is due to CloudFlare blocking. When I select servers in Europe or America, they all share the same IP range and are unreachable. But if I choose an Asian server, it’s accessible. At first glance, the issue seems resolved—however, the devices are not detected in the cloud.
This made me wonder:
Why is the server accessible, but the devices remain invisible?
