How to enable rules to allow UniFi based Captive Portal Page in Ruijie Reyee EG Router?

Instead of Ruijie Captive portal, I want to use Unifi Captive Portal for now since I am still doing testing in the Ruijie Captive portal. So how can I enable rules to allow UniFi based Captive Portal Page in Ruijie Reyee EG Router? Using PfSense I can do this without any issues.

I have a VLAN 10 for Guest Wifi with IP address 10.0.0.0 /24 then my Unifi Captive portal has IP and port 192.168.1.250:8843

Something like that. Well, instead of users will be redirected to a Ruijie Captive Portal, they will be redirected to Unifi Guest Portal.
I already segemented my network using VLANs. VLAN 10 is the Guest Network and will be handing out IP address within 10.0.0.0/24 network.
My problem is, how will the users access the Unifi Guest Portal if its a different subnet? Mines is in the 192.168.1.250:8843.
Do I need to have rules in the Access Control List of Ruijie Cloud?
Hoping to have an answer for this.
