Hi, I have a project in Ruijie Cloud comprises 4 pcs EW1200G-PRO and 5 pcs RAP2200(E). 3 pcs of EW1200G-PRO are already synced in config status of cloud, while the other devices are still in "waiting" status. However, if I used diagnose feature, cloud service configuration is normal. ![]() This is shown in Cloud. ![]() While this is shown in local configuration of access point. ![]() Here is the topology. ![]() Please advise how to solve this problem. Hello, The reason for the "waiting" status is that the device is not properly online on the cloud, thus failing to synchronize with the cloud. Here is a guide that provides instructions on how to conduct troubleshooting for offline devices.
