Airmetro460g firmware update

I have a site with 4 x airmetro460g. I have been doing routine maintenance using the Ruijie App as the site is closed for the evening. I selected all four to update to AP_3.0(1)B11P380,Release(12230515). The bridges have now been updating for 100 minutes and I'm now concerned about the lack of progress. They are all bridged to a Airmetro550g-b. I didn't update the Base Station as I wanted to make sure the bridges update first. Has anyone updated to this firmware? How long did it take? Thanks. |

Edited by GTAC-Jason at 2025-11-22 02:19 Hello, this is not normal behavior, a device upgrade shouldn't take more than 10-12 minutes. Can you help us to confirm the following: 1. Were the devices powered off while the process was taking place? 2. The upgrade may indeed have already finished, but the devices failed to go online, can you help us to confirm the status of the leds on the devices? |
