Constant connections to www.zoom.com from access points
|
Hi, My RAP72Pro and RAP73Pro (2.385.0.1403) APs are constantly trying to connect to www.zoom.com. I have logs from Pi-hole and packet capture as proof. Besides some checks to Ruijie cloud, DNS and NTP, every else looks normal. Why are they making these connections? I have a RAP2200E (2.380.0.2318) that does not have this issue. Thanks. ![]() ![]() |

GTAC-Richie replied at 2026-4-5 22:42 For anyone that also wants to diagnose this issue. apparently this is a internet connectivity test, a connection once per minute is done. i can confirm that behaviour. they might release a user configurable option in 420 release. |
