RG-EW1300G Firmware Upgrade Interrupted – Router No Longer Boots or Broadcasts Wi-Fi

Hello Ruijie Support Team,

I have a Ruijie Reyee RG-EW1300G router.

The problem started while I was upgrading the firmware from the router's web management interface. During the firmware upgrade process, I accidentally pressed the Back button in the web browser before the upgrade was completed.

After that, the router stopped working normally.

Current symptoms:
1. When I power on the router, the LEDs blink for a few seconds.
2. After several seconds, all LEDs turn off.
3. No Wi-Fi/SSID is being broadcast.
4. The default @Ruijie-sXXXX SSID is also not visible.
5. I tried power cycling the router several times, but the same problem occurs.
6. I held the Reset button for about 15 seconds, but there was no LED response and the router did not reset.
7. The router appears to boot briefly and then shuts down.

I believe the firmware upgrade may have been interrupted and the firmware/system may be corrupted.

Could you please tell me:
- Is there an official firmware recovery procedure for RG-EW1300G?
- Is there a recovery/boot mode that I can enter using the Reset button?
- If recovery is not supported, should I send the device for RMA/service?

I can provide the device serial number, purchase information, and a video showing the LED behavior if required.
